Service Description
Event and Workshop Rental Plan (3 hours) This plan is designed for those who want to host events, workshops, or exhibitions at the facility. It allows you to use the Flat (Nagaya) space for your activities. Rental Details: a. Rental Time: 3 hours per day (including setup and teardown time) b. Electricity Usage Fee: ¥500 per day (for up to two electrical outlets, with a maximum of 1500w) c. Extension Fee: ¥5,000 per 30 minutes d. Usage Purpose: Events, workshops, exhibitions, and similar activities e. Trash Disposal: Please note that trash disposal is not provided. Guests are required to take their waste with them. Prohibited Activities: Loud noises or shouting Creating crowds near the building Leaving equipment or items outside the facility Playing loud music or using musical instruments Drinking alcohol (except for tasting) Smoking (Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the premises) Activities with strong smells Use of fireworks or open flames (smoke effects require prior consultation) Please be sure to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth experience during your event.
Cancellation Policy
◇Reservation Confirmation A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. ◇Cancellation Policy 15 days or more before the reserved date: Free of charge 14 to 7 days before the reserved date: 50% of the total payment 7 days to the day before the reserved date (by 12:00 PM): 80% of the total payment On the reserved date (after 12:00 PM the day before): 100% of the total payment ※ If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the reserved date, sections 2–4 above will apply. The following may not be subject to cancellation fees: ※ Bad weather, natural disasters, road closures (such as the Aqua Line) ※ Other unavoidable circumstances deemed acceptable by the facility
