Service Description
5-hour plan for exhibitions, solo shows, seminars, workshops, etc. You can use the facility (flat/row house). a. Rental time: 5 hours (including setup and teardown time). b. Electricity usage: ¥1,000/day (up to 1500W when using two outlets). c. Extension fee: ¥5,000/30 minutes. d. Purpose of use: Exhibitions, solo shows, workshops. e. Garbage will not be collected, so please take it with you when you leave. f. Prohibited behaviors: - Loud voices, etc. - Crowds near the building. - Leaving equipment or supplies outside the premises. - Loud music or musical instruments. - Alcohol consumption (except for tastings). - Smoking on the premises (no smoking on or around the premises). - Activities that produce strong odors. - Use of fireworks or other open flames (smoke is prohibited upon request).
Cancellation Policy
◇Reservation Confirmation A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. ◇Cancellation Policy 15 days or more before the reserved date: Free of charge 14 to 7 days before the reserved date: 50% of the total payment 7 days to the day before the reserved date (by 12:00 PM): 80% of the total payment On the reserved date (after 12:00 PM the day before): 100% of the total payment ※ If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the reserved date, sections 2–4 above will apply. The following may not be subject to cancellation fees: ※ Bad weather, natural disasters, road closures (such as the Aqua Line) ※ Other unavoidable circumstances deemed acceptable by the facility
