KODACHI's "Lunch Time" is held only once a month, creating a lively atmosphere at the tables in the normally quiet rural area of Haginodai.
The menu (June to August) features two types of soft and juicy Wagyu beef hamburger steaks.
・Sunlight Stream Hamburg Steak (Grated Daikon & Yuzu Ponzu)
・Evening Forest demi-glace with grilled mushrooms
The accompanying vegetables and herbs are harvested that morning from the on-site fields, giving the dish a simple, gentle flavor while still retaining the bounty of nature.
