You can choose from three courses according to your preference. We also welcome consultations for arrangements or changes.

"Boso Herb Chicken Course"
The feed is blended with herbs & spices, and the chickens are raised outdoors, carried by the sea breezes of Boso.

"Boso Pork Course"

This is a course featuring Boso pork, which is popular for its high-quality pork without any distinctive odor and its tender texture.

"The Kazusa Beef Course"

This course features Kazusa beef, known for its fine, tender texture. The cattle are raised with a particular emphasis on the quality of their fat, ensuring a premium dining experience.
