KODACHI's "Lunch Time" is held only once a month.
A slightly lively table is born in the usually quiet rural area of Haginodai.
The menu changes every other month.
The accompanying vegetables and herbs were harvested that morning from the garden on the property.
We have preserved the bounty of nature and created a simple and gentle flavor.
