Service Description

The entire facility (Herb Garden, Flat (Row House), and Keyaki Square) is available for use. Rental Time: Includes preparation and removal time for the shoot. Extension Fee: ¥6,000/30 minutes (between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM) Meals: Bento starting from ¥1,200 / Desserts starting from ¥600 (Reservation required in advance) Note: We do not provide waste collection, so please take all waste with you. Prohibited Activities: Loud signals or calls Creating crowds near the buildings Leaving equipment or items outside the premises Playing loud music or using instruments Alcohol consumption (except for small amounts during shoots) Smoking (Smoking is prohibited on the premises and outside) Activities that emit strong odors Use of fireworks or open flames (smoke may be allowed by prior consultation)

Cancellation Policy

◇Reservation Confirmation A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. ◇Cancellation Policy 15 days or more before the reserved date: Free of charge 14 to 7 days before the reserved date: 50% of the total payment 7 days to the day before the reserved date (by 12:00 PM): 80% of the total payment On the reserved date (after 12:00 PM the day before): 100% of the total payment ※ If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the reserved date, sections 2–4 above will apply. The following may not be subject to cancellation fees: ※ Bad weather, natural disasters, road closures (such as the Aqua Line) ※ Other unavoidable circumstances deemed acceptable by the facility
