A one-night-only Beaujolais Nouveau tasting event will be held in the uniquely atmospheric setting of KODACHI.
In the first half of the evening, enjoy sommelier Mr. Suzuki’s selection of this year’s Nouveau wines paired with new pinchos-style hors d’oeuvres, freely served around the bonfire under the autumn trees.
As the sun sets, the KODACHI Night Bar quietly opens inside the main house, FLAT.
Between the outdoor bonfire and wine and the indoor bar and gentle light, guests are invited to move freely between spaces—
a sensory experience to savor the calm beauty of an autumn night.

YUMA SUZUKI
Worked at Fujiya Hotel (French restaurant) for about
eight years as a sommelier
Pursuing the pairing of wine and food.
After that, he gained international knowledge through
his work in the wine import industry, and in 2021 he opened
a company in Kisarazu City.
Suzuki Cellar opens.
Providing carefully selected wines from around the world
and promoting local wine culture
That's what I'm aiming for.
In the future, he hopes to grow his own grapes and try
his hand at winemaking.

16:30_Arrive at KODACHI
Wine tasting begins in the grove area
16:45〜 Beaujolais Nouveau & assorted appetizers served
18:30〜Night Bar opens in the main house “FLAT”
Feel free to move between the outdoor and indoor areas.

Event ends → Shuttle back to JR Kimitsu Station (for those who request)

Maximum: 20 participants / Minimum: 8 participants
If the maximum number is reached, registration will close.
If the minimum number (8) is not met, the event may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Shuttle Service (Free / Reservation Required)
A complimentary shuttle is available between JR Kimitsu Station and KODACHI.

Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for designated drivers.
Alcohol will be served only to guests wearing an alcohol-permitted wristband issued at reception.
